Policy

Payments must be made upfront in full to secure the date of the event. All payments are nonrefundable.

Depending on the location of the wedding or event, there may be an added fee for travel and transportation of the harp.

When booking an outside wedding or event, please keep all weather seasons and factors in mind. Harpist will not play at an event booked in an outside venue if it is raining.

When booking a wedding or event on a holiday, please note that there will be an added fee of time and a half.

For venues that require proof of COI Insurance, there will be an additional fee of $105 to purchase insurance.
